Bhagwan Shiva ke updesh aur unki sadhana ke anusar, man ki chinta aur pareshaniyon se mukti paane ke liye dhyaan aur bhakti ka marg bahut hi shubh hai. Shivji ko "Adiyogi" bhi kaha jaata hai, jo man aur sharir ko shant karne ke liye dhyaan ka updesh dete hain.

Aap nimn shiv upaay apna sakte hain:

1. Om Namah Shivaya ka Jaap: Har din subah aur shaam kam se kam 108 baar "Om Namah Shivaya" mantra ka jaap karein. Isse man shant hota hai aur bhay, chinta door hoti hai.

2. Dhyaan (Meditation): Shivji ne hamesha dhyaan ko mahatva diya hai. Roz kuch samay ke liye aankhen band karke gehri saans lein aur apne man ko shivji par kendrit karein.

3. Rudraksha Dharan Karein: Shivji se juda hua rudraksha dharan karna bhi man ko shanti deta hai aur negative urja se bachata hai.

4. Bel Patra Chadhana: Somvaar ko Shivling par bel patra chadhaakar prarthana karein. Isse bhi man ki pareshaniyan kam hoti hain.

5. Shiv Chalisa ya Shiv Stotra ka Paath: Har din ya somvaar ko Shiv Chalisa ya Shiv Tandav Stotra ka paath karein.

Shivji kehte hain, "Apni chinta mujhe de do, aur vishwas rakho." Aap apna man unki bhakti mein lagaakar dheere-dheere pareshaniyon se mukti pa sakte hain.
