Jab hum apne jeevan mein dukh, tanav ya depression ka anubhav karte hain, toh yeh samanya hai ki hum apne aap ko akela mehsoos karne lagen. Parantu, Shivji ke updesh humein sikhate hain ki sabhi samasyaon ka samadhan dhairya, shraddha aur apne aap par vishwas rakhne mein hai.
Shivji ko "Bholenath" bhi kaha jata hai, kyunki ve apne bhakton ki sachi bhavnaon ko turant sun lete hain. Kabhi-kabhi aisa lag sakta hai ki hamari prarthana suni nahi ja rahi, lekin Shivji humesha humare saath hain. Ve humein antar aatma ki shanti aur bal dete hain, magar kabhi-kabhi woh bal andar se uthta hai, bahar se nahi dikhta.
Aap yeh kuch Shivji ke upaay apna sakti hain:

Dhyana aur Jap: Har din kuch samay "Om Namah Shivaya" ka jaap karein. Yeh mantra man ko shant aur majboot banata hai.

Dhyan (Meditation): Shivji dhyan ke devta hain. Roz kuch samay unki murti ya unke ling ka dhyan karein.

Vairagya: Shivji sikhate hain ki sansaarik bandhanon se upar uth kar apne aap ko samarpit karna chahiye. Fikr aur chinta chhod kar vishwas rakhein.
4.
Prakriti se judna: Shivji pahadon aur prakriti se jude hain. Prakriti mein samay bitayein, ped-paudhon ke beech chalein.

Apne mann ki baat likhein: Apni bhavnaon ko kagaz par likhna bhi ek prakar ki aradhana hai.
Yaad rakhein, Shivji hamesha aapke saath hain. Samay ke saath, unka ashirwad zarur prakat hoga. Aap apne parivaar ya kisi vishwasniya vyakti se bhi apne mann ki baat karein. Swasthya aur man ki shanti ke liye kabhi-kabhi kisi visheshagya se salah lena bhi Shivji ki kripa ka ek roop hai.
Har andhera ek naye ujale ki shuruaat hota hai. Shivji par vishwas rakhein—"Har Har Mahadev!"
