Lord Shiva, as described in various scriptures and teachings, represents the eternal principle of destruction and regeneration. He does not directly comment on specific worldly events like wars, but his philosophy teaches that conflicts and wars are the result of ignorance (avidya), ego, and attachment. According to Shiva's teachings, true peace arises when individuals cultivate self-realization, detachment, and compassion.In the "Shiva Purana" and other texts, Lord Shiva emphasizes the importance of inner transformation over external conflict. Wars, whether internal or external, end when ignorance is dispelled by knowledge and when people embrace dharma (righteousness), non-violence, and devotion.
