Sukhkarta Dukhharta is a popular Marathi aarti dedicated to Lord Ganesha. It is sung during worship to seek his blessings and protection.

सुखकर्ता दु:खहर्ता वार्ता विघ्नाची।
नुरवी पुरवी प्रेम कृपा जयाची॥

सर्वांगी सुंदर उटी शेंदुराची।
कंठी झळके माळ मुक्ताफळांची॥

जय देव जय देव जय मंगलमूर्ति।
दर्शन मात्रे मन कामना पुरती॥

रत्नखचित फरा तूज गौरीकुमरा।
चंदनाची उटी कुंकुमकेशरा॥

हीरामोतां ने भूषितला मूकुटी।
सुमनसमवेत दूर्वा ताम्बूलपत्ती॥

जय देव जय देव जय मंगलमूर्ति।
दर्शन मात्रे मन कामना पुरती॥

लंबोदर पितांबर फणिवरवदना।
सरळ सोंड वक्रतुंड त्रिनयना॥

दास रामाचा वाट पाहे सदना।
संकष्टी पावे निर्वाणी रचना॥

English Translation and Meaning :

Sukhakarta Dukhaharta Varta Vighnachi।
Nurvi Purvi Prem Krupa Jayachi॥

Sukhakarta Dukhaharta means:
The one who brings joy and removes sorrow, who dispels all troubles.
He showers his blessings and love abundantly, his glory is infinite.

Sarvangi Sundar Uti Shendurachi।
Kanthi Jhalake Mal Muktafalanchi॥

He is beautiful in all his aspects, adorned with red vermillion.
A necklace of pearls adorns his neck, making him even more splendid.

Your forehead is adorned with precious gems, O son of Gauri.
You are anointed with sandalwood paste and saffron.

Your crown is decorated with diamonds and pearls.
You are offered flowers, sacred grass, and betel leaves.

O Ganesh, with a large belly and yellow garments, your face is radiant.
You have a straight trunk, a curved trunk, and three eyes.

You remove all obstacles and grant liberation to the devotees.
